Curriculum
1st Month: Foundation & Review
- We will go through the important learnings from past year.
- Two sessions to cover the 12 months of wisdom.
We will go through the following –
- Power of the mind
- Limitations of gross intellect & Grandeur of subtle intellect
- Role of Waking, dream & deep sleep states of consciousness
2nd Month: Personality enrichment
- Focus on Personality enrichment.
- How does the quality of thoughts influence our Body, Mind & Intellect.
- How can we function with the confluence of thoughts & emotions.
- How the ancient wisdom of satva , Rajas & tamas play a pivotal role in life.
3rd Month: Spiritual wellness
- Spiritual wellness- emphasis is on Sleep, food, rest, recreational activities, holidays, travel etc.,
- Spiritual wellness is experienced through restful sleep, proper food, progressive activities, transformational holidays and Transformational retreats.
4th Month: Glory of Intimacy
- Glory of Intimacy - Intimacy has to be a experienced at all levels of your personality - material, physical, emotional, intellectual & spiritual.
- Intimacy is when you’re comfortable in your own company and peaceful with others and environment. Intimacy is not indulgence but self sufficiency.
5th Month: Need for Tapas
- Need for Tapas. Tapas is an Sanskrit word which means the spiritual disciplines, the austerity required to gain a healthy body, calm mind, pure emotions and absolute clarity in thinking.
- Tapas, austerity for the body, mind, speech, consistency and faith is an important ingredient for happiness and success.
6th Month: Gratitude & Compassion
- Gratitude & Compassion - Two qualities which are absolutely essential for a tranquil life.
- Both emotions involve effort, dedication, clarity and spiritual guidance.
7th Month: Surrender & Forgiveness
- Surrender & Forgiveness - two experiences which shows your spiritual maturity.
- The process of surrendering your ego and the ways to forgive yourself and others.
8th Month: Awareness & Acceptance
- Two essential components for progress.
- Ways to become acutely aware and develop powerful acceptance.
- It’s not an compromise but an complete control over life’s experiences.
9th Month: Yoga & Meditation I: Karma & Bhakti yoga
- Essential yoga practices for physical health, techniques of Karma yoga which helps you in converting work into worship & Bhakti yoga where you are able to transcend both negative and positive emotions.
10th Month: Yoga & Meditation II: Gnana yoga & meditation practice
- Gnana yoga, yoga of knowledge leading to total detachment from the preoccupations of the world Aims directing the energy to meditation. Also we will learn how to become meditative, the prerequisites for meditation and different types of meditation will also be discussed. Practice of meditation will be highlighted.
11th Month: Illusions
- How the illusions play in our life.
- Could this world be unreal, if so then how will we experience the world.
- Dealing with the illusory experiences and transcending them is an important spiritual process.
12th Month: Self Realisation
- State of absolute bliss and uninterrupted happiness.
- Ultimate goal of human existence.
- The spiritual disciplines to consciously experience this blissful state.
